Refund policy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when participating in transactions at Journey of the Senses. In case the customer enters the wrong information and submits it to the Journey of the Senses website, we reserve the right to refuse to perform the transaction. In addition, in all cases, the customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the transaction if the following measures have been taken:

  • If customer chooses DELIVERY:
    • Immediate delivery or order cancellation: call hotline +84 93 466 2626.
    • Delivery according to the selected time: call the hotline +84 93 466 2626 to cancel the order 30 minutes before the customer's order is delivered

Journey of the Senses will process your refund as soon as the error/cancellation check is completed within 3 working days. Information about the specific refund time for each case will depend on the payment method used by the customer as follows:

Momo E-Wallet 7 - 10 working days
Cash 1 working day

Note: For VISA, Master, JCB, ATM cards, the refund time will depend on the policy of each bank, working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
